Dear Russell:
It's been two weeks since the sale of my Health Testing Centers business and the agreement is that I will go in everyday for the next month to work with the new owners. Slowly, I have been distancing myself from the office with the idea that it is now time for me to pass the baton as they will have the responsibility of business ownership as well as daily business challenges.
I wanted to thank you personally for the time, effort and guidance that you provided to make this transaction come to fruition. Approximately 8 months ago, my partner and I began strategizing in order
to purchase a business. We were flexible in deciding on the industry,
the type of business, and hadn't completely decided on the size. We contacted
